Performance Training

Helping you reach your greatest potential is a passion of ours at Ultimate Edge Sports Medicine. If you’re looking to gain that edge in your performance, our clinicians and exercise specialists can help identify and train those areas that need work. Many components go into being able to perform your best, being at the top of your game, and reaching your maximum potential.

At Ultimate Edge Sports Medicine, we feel strongly that prevention, recovery, nutrition, mental health, and performance training are all strong components of being able to perform at your highest and/or desired potential.

Our performance programs consist of one-on-one or group training with individualized programs that include baseline testing, goal setting and review, and detail-driven programming. Performance programming can be provided in person and on-site or through our remote training program. We offer 30-minute or 60-minute sessions for our in-house training and various levels in our remote program options.

All of our performance training is approached with prevention in mind, so we take the time to educate and train our clients on proper form and technique. Components of strength training, balance training, coordination training, mobility training, stability training, speed and agility training, and cardiovascular training are present in each program we create for our clients. We also include education on the importance of sleep, hydration, nutrition, and proper recovery techniques to support your training.

The positive support, motivation, inspiration, and encouragement from each of our clinicians is unmatched. The Ultimate Edge team will be part of your “team” to support you fully as you move through your personalized training program and reach your highest potential.
