Chancelee graduated from Auburn University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Business. She has previously worked as a patient care specialist at Adams Drugs, a front desk receptionist and Certified Mastectomy Fitter at a small physical therapy and Lymphedema clinic, and a freelance copywriter and content creator for six- and seven-figure entrepreneurs. Chancelee became an international board-certified life and success coach with additional certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Hypnotherapy, and TIME Techniques in 2019.

Chancelee was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, and moved to Hoover in 2021. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Ben, and they have two dogs, Hank and Maggie. Some of her hobbies and interests include mindset and success coaching, traveling, writing, reading, hiking, yoga, weightlifting, and being in nature.
